Updating Parents and Caregivers
In Banqer High, there is an optional 'Add parents or caregivers' widget on the student dashboard. If added, parents will get emails from us when the student achieves something exciting, like purchasing their first home or getting a promotion. The purpose of these emails is to give the parents ideas about how to keep these conversations going at home. You can advise students to add their parents if this is something that you would like to encourage.
You can also manually add these emails yourself if you'd prefer to.
The frequency of these emails will depend entirely on how often the student is engaging with the platform and they are achieving.
You will be able to see which of your students have invited a parent/caregiver from your Teacher Dashboard view.
